Can I Book a Cleaning for a Vacation Rental? #

How Do I Book A Vacation Rental Cleaning? #

You can book a vacation rental cleaning in no time! Just follow these steps below:

1. Visit our online booking page.
2. Select the Vocational Rental Home cleaning
3. Select how many hours your cleaning will require.
4. Customize your cleaning checklist. You can add services such as onsite laundry, changing lines, and more. You need to inform us of these requirements in the notes section.
5. On request, we can provide photos of the completed cleaning after every session.
6. For vacation rentals, a solo-cleaner manages the appointment. However, for larger properties that require more work and labor, we can arrange a team of two.

Additional Notes: #

1. There is a minimum charge of $99 per cleaning.
2. The time to complete your cleaning depends on the size of your home and your cleaning requirements.
3. It is the customer’s responsibility to select sufficient time for the cleaning. Insufficient time may cause incomplete cleaning.

How Much Time Should I Select for My Vacation Rental Cleaning? #

We recommended the following guidelines at minimum for your cleaning appointment:

1. For up to 2000 sq ft: 2.5 labor hours and a solo-cleaner.
2. For 2,000 to 2,700 sq ft: 3 labor hours and a solo-cleaner.
3. For 2,000 to 2,700 sq ft: 3.5 labor hours and a solo-cleaner.
4. For 3,200 sq ft and more: 4 hours or more. This primarily depends on the size and condition of your home.

What Happens if I Don’t Book Enough Time? #

If you do not book enough time for your cleaning, we might not complete your cleaning within your appointment time.

For this reason, we recommend our clients book more than enough time rather than less.

For example, if you book 2.5 hours for your cleaning and after 2.5 hours your home is not complete, we will leave the cleaning that way. This is because our cleaners need to go to the next client’s appointment.

What happens if you book too much time? #

If you book too much time, we will adjust your quote to the time your cleaning took. With a minimum fee of $99.

• Example 1: If you booked 4.5 hours, but the cleaning took 3.5 hours, we will bill you for the 3.5 hours.
• Example 2: If you booked 3.5 hours, but the cleaning took 2 hours, we will bill you the minimum rate of $99.
